The Role
We're looking for an Audit Engineer to sit at the center of Rivisio, deepening the audit expertise that shapes how we build, sell, and deliver our product. About half the role is innovation: translating deep methodology and workflow knowledge into product direction, working closely with engineering. The rest is customer facing, owning the relationship with audit firms from first pilot to full adoption and helping them build the internal case for change.
This is a hands-on role built around one strength: deep audit knowledge paired with an innovative mindset and a real read on what customers and prospects need.
What you'll do
- Bring audit methodology and workflow knowledge into product development, working directly with engineering
- Drive innovation by spotting where AI can transform audit methodology and workflows, co-creating the product directly with our design partners
- Join sales calls and customer meetings, translating real user needs into product requirements and helping close deals
- Help customers build the internal business case for Rivisio, so champions inside audit firms can win support from their own partners
- Act as the internal expert on how audits actually get done, informing prioritization and roadmap
What we're looking for
- 2-5 years of experience working in audit, with a strong grasp of methodology and workflows
- Statutory auditor, CPA, auktoriserad revisor, or equivalent qualification is a strong plus but not required
- No programming/other technical experience required. Some technical curiosity or hands-on experience is a plus
- Comfortable owning client relationships, not just gathering feedback
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in customer needs
- English required, Swedish preferred
- Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate
